  I ordered a Bundle Deal online (50" Tv w/PS4) on May 22nd. Upon paying the new contract fee, I got a call the next day saying that the online App didn't go through, so I had to resubmit my info OVER THE PHONE.. Strike1 After all the info was Resubmitted, the lady told me she'll call to verify all my info , and that the merchandise will be delivered to my local stare that following Tuesday.. Ok? That when that Tuesday arrives (No calls, no heads up throughout the week) I call at the end of lunch time (12:50pm) asking why I was not called to schedule a delivery? Their answer? " we haven't gotten around to calling your job or references yet" Strike2 So after we agree on me just submitting proof of residency and employment, he said he'd call me as soon as he got them. Mind you this was @ around 1pm; i never got a call back ALL DAY... Strike 3!!! So I wait till the next day ALL the way till they're about to close and finally call THEM to tell them I no longer want the product as I am simply getting the runaround. Only for him to say "We just got your email, you're all set for tomorrow delivery BEFORE 2PM" .. So I decide fine I'll suck it up, and agreed. IT IS NOT "TOMORROW" Saturday June 3rd, 3:32Pm, no calls. No emails, AND STILL NO MERCHANDISE. Best part? I got an email an Hour ago reminding me of my 1st Months Bill of $75.99 due on June 15th. Strike 4 AARONS. Your management has better things to do than their job. By the way, your Associates name is Nick. I will never shop, refer a friend, nor promote your stores name after this experience.
